Deepless Depth Where deepness never feels that deep, where the Soul Is Hollow Like the depth of the sin that leaves the heart in the state of unrest. A depth that is never enough. Magnetic, as it pulls, drawing in, more and more. Filling, untill it snatches what remains, where the end feels like another beginning. Dwelling in this Deepness, so Dark, even the day lights fade. The ladder to climb on often slips away I reach to climb, but it trembles unable to bear the weight of my emptiness. The fall in my breath, The depth in my chest, Wandering in this emptiness, searching for peace Where the light is Hidden away, somewhere in the deepness of this darkness. So, build the ladder strong, even if you fall you can rise again and again. The struggle is real, as real as the One who made it— for you and me to conquer this unseen battle, a battle with the nafs, greater than any other.
